What setup takes

Confirm this address, add your domain, publish one DMARC record. That record proves the domain is yours and asks receivers to send us their reports; the first one usually arrives a day or two later.

Nothing about your mail flow changes, and monitoring cannot cause a message to be rejected. Reports carry counts by sending server, never message content.
